The FairWyn Family began more than a decade ago with the vision of developing and building communities in the Geneva Lake area. Understanding the delicate balance between development and retention of the rural landscape that is the lakes area has been our focus. The Founder and President of FairWyn, Brian Pollard spent his formative years growing up at the lake enjoying summers and weekends at his family's home in Cedar Point Park in Williams Bay. Brian was struck by the natural beauty of the area and the charm of the people which left a lasting impression on him. A graduate of Wheaton College , Brian pursued the real estate market in the Chicago land area for a number of years both in the commercial and residential arena. He moved to Lake Geneva in 1995 becoming a full time resident after creating our company FairWyn. He and his wife Becky are raising their young children in Lake Geneva with extended family near by.
Today, FairWyn is a dynamic, multi-faceted company involved in developing, building and selling real estate in the lakes area. Our developments include Victorian Square located in the heart of Lake Geneva, Lakewood Trails and the currently under construction development of Prairie View in the quiet community of Williams Bay, WI. The Mill Street Project which is part of the redevelopment of Fontana business district including 14 town homes within walking distance to the Fontana lakefront. Finally, our newest development is Stone Ridge located on a scenic ridge off Center Street in Lake Geneva , WI . Many of its lots have an impressive view of beautiful Geneva Lake or a private wooded setting. It also features numerous landscaped common areas and several ponds giving an open countryside feel to the community. Stone Ridge consists of 180 single family and attached single family home sites ranging in size from ¼ to 3 acres.
